Calling All Experienced Fermenters, and the kombucha-curious!
Are you a brewer, a pickler, a kombucha maker, a sourdough baker? Do you make cheese, yoghurt, tempeh, soy sauce, kimchi, wine, vinegar or any of the myriad fermented products that people love to eat and drink? Are you just curious about how it all works? Join us! This month a slew of local amateur kombucha-makers will talk about their processes and offer tips to veterans and novices alike. SCOBY share as well. If you’re brand new to kombucha you should walk away with the know-how and the materials needed to try a batch yourself.
Those who ferment at home are encouraged to bring samples of your ferments of all kinds to share!
