Jon Lipscomb/Ian McColm Duo - Jon Lipscomb (b. 1987) is a guitarist, improviser, and educator based in Malmö, Sweden. He performs in the U.S.A. and Europe and has collaborated with Brandon Lopez, Jarrett Gilgore, Jaimie Branch, Amirtha Kidambi, Dave Treut, Anais Blondet, Sam Weinberg, Zach Rowden, Kurt Kotheimer, Sam Ospovat, Ola Rubin and Anders Uddeskog. Ian G. McColm (b. 1991) is a multi-instrumentalist and composer residing in Alexandria, Virginia. He has performed nationally and internationally in a variety of ensembles with the likes of American-Primitive guitarist Daniel Bachman, New York saxophonist James Brandon Lewis, and Bhutanese guitar improviser Tashi Dorji.
