For people who identify as womyn only - Connect with other womyn in a confidential, non-judgmental space to discover techniques for talking about our desires, to discuss what's on our minds and in our hearts, to work on new ways to open up communication. This workshop is especially for women that feel like they don't have people with whom they can talk openly and honestly about sexual topics.
In this workshop we will do a series of guided exercises to practice active listening and active sharing about issues in our sexual lives. Some of the exercises are inspired by Authentic Relating Games which aim to give people tools to connect more meaningfully with others. This workshop builds on the Women Uncorked salon series, but with a guided structure to the flow of conversation, paths for deepening connection, and space for everyone to share and feel heard. The goal is to break down some of the barriers and taboos in talking about sex, and feel connected in a supportive community of womyn.
