Mindful Listening in Isolated Times
Explore and build a toolkit for mindful listening. In this isolated time, mindful listening can allow us to be fully present in our space and to cultivate awareness and appreciation even in moments of anxiety. We’ll join together in silent listening practice, sound journaling, a home sound treasure hunt, and other reflective sonic practices.
