An indie rock band out of Laurel Maryland with a rotating cast of local musicians ranging from the avant-garde stylings of frontman founder and vocalist Jason Blanco (JB) to the soulful beats of backup frontman and friend of the founder Sebastian Hurt. The band is currently a duo seeking new members, new fans and new heartbreaks. God bless America.

Teagan Nam (he/they) is a DC-based poet and musician. He’s a freshman studying journalism and creative writing at AU. They love experimenting with many creative outlets, especially anything involving language, and he often explores themes of transness, cultural identity, human connection, and overcoming our own difficult minds. He’s performed poetry at local venues including the Rhizome, Busboys & Poets, and Words Beats & Life, and has been nominated for several youth poetry awards.

texas cow explosion is a band DMV based band consisting of 3 music loving teenagers. With Kathleen on guitar and vocals , Tonito on drums, and Caroline on bass and guitar, texas cow explosion plays a variety of music, ranging anywhere from punk and classic rock, to mellow acoustic sets.
