Special World - cassette release - Special World is the new project from Philadelphia multi-instrumentalist, songwriter & producer Andy Molholt. Continuing where he left off with his previous solo venture Laser Background, Special World combines Molholt's love of early Nintendo music with his penchant for outsider experimentation and sample manipulation. Driven by what Molholt himself describes as "persistent melodies," Special World is both an exploration of new territory and a sharpening of his past work.
