As a cellist and composer, Tomeka Reid (Chicago) is one of the most driving artistic forces on the American jazz scene. She works with Roscoe Mitchell, Craig Taborn, Myra Melford, Anthony Braxton and Mary Halvorson.
Savannah Harris (NYC) is one of "New York's finest players". As an extremely versatile musician, she works across all genre barriers a.o. with Geri Allen, Peter Evans, ChristianMcBride, Jason Moran, Kenny Barron or the Hip Hop Collective Standing in The Corner.
Angelika Niescier (GER) is one of the European musicians who is further developing European jazz, bringing it to an international level. The multiple award winner is a "breathtakingly spirited and virtuoso" (BR Klassik) musician and plays with Aki Takase, Tyshawn Sorey, NasheetWaits, Jim Black, Sylvie Courvoisier, Ernie Watts, Alexander Hawkins, Mabe Fratti, among others.
