LA BOULANGERIE Spring Break Camp “Home Cooking With Grains”

This camp is recommended for youth 8 to 15 years old.

In Home Cooking with Grains camp, participants will explore the techniques
of making authentic traditional pastas, noodles, dumplings, and savory
crepes from the culinary traditions of France, Germany, Israel, Italy, and
Morocco.
