Zabelka / Fekete: "Music For Amplified Violin, Guitar and Analog Tape," he first ive collaboration between Austrian avant-violinist Mia Zabelka and DC maximal minimalist Andras Fekete, will feature evocative violin and drone guitar with live sound processing via a vintage Revox A77 reel-to-reel. Special guest: Jonathan Matis (Boat Burning, DC Improvisers Collective) on keyboards.
Rootless is the project of Jeremy Hurewitz, a Brooklyn-based musician whose third album “Sculptures Deep Within the Cave” was released by Cabin Floor Esoterica in June. He will be playing acoustic guitar and sampler.
Jon Camp is a DC-based guitarist and composer. In 2014, he released Earwig, an EP of psychedelic miniatures. In 2016, Jon released Stifled Hair-Trigger, his full-length debut, which explored both solo fingerstyle guitar and drone rock jams.
