XENA NI
I’m a designer and artist who believes in public institutions that work for everybody. In 2020, my installation, The Lottery, was featured in a group show at The Cheshire featuring DC artists who support local activism in creative ways. As the Fall 2019 recipient of the Derek Lieu Residency Program at Hole in the Sky, I created an interactive installation about my family’s migration story and a proposed rule change that could keep hundreds of thousands of legal immigrants out of America based on their wealth and usage of public benefits. www.madebyxena.com/
