You choose how you want to move. Each song has its own movement invitation. Perfect for dancers / movers / shakers / explorers / beginners / improvisers / copycats / whomever that want to move, and also want to rest. Let the body be the guide. Find fitness right for the day / moment / particular heartbeat, experimentally. If you are moving (breathing counts as moving), you are doing it right.
Movement invitations are delivered verbally, as well as written and displayed on a screen.
